Meditation is a powerful tool to create happiness from within. In this public talk, Gen-la Kunsang will explain what meditation is and how we can integrate a daily practice into our modern busy lives.
We will discover the special power and function of meditation to colour our view of everyday experiences, giving them a deeper purpose and allowing us to cultivate and enjoy real and lasting happiness from within.
