Everyone wants to experience less stress and anxiety, and enjoy more patience and contentment – but how do we do it? Take a break from busy life in order to pause, let go and recharge your mind with more calm, patience and joy.
During this one-day city retreat we will engage in simple but profound meditations to help us return to a peaceful and balanced state. You will learn tools to develop more patience and acceptance when life gets overwhelming, and discover how to draw on an infinite source of peace within. We will also meditate on how to develop loving kindness, which is a powerful method to protect ourself from negative states of mind.
Using these simple methods, we can live a more balanced life with increased resilience and a positive outlook, and truly feel our best self in every situation. The day retreat will help you establish a regular meditation practice at home and we will also enjoy part of the day in silence in order to enhance our meditation and experience deep rest and reflection.

Lisa har mediterat i många år. Hon har deltagit i flera retreater årligen, bl.a. på Gullnäsgårdens kursgård i Strömstad sedan 2011 som hon också hjälpt att samordna. Hon har även genomfört ett en-månads tyst meditationsretreat och hon har en stark önskan att dela med sig de praktiska fördelarna med meditation med andra.
